THE 11/2 UNIVERSAL MONTH IN THE 4 UNIVERSAL YEAR: A TIME FOR PATIENCE

Hooooo boy. June was tense and very acrimonious, to say the least. As I discussed last month, the 1 and 4 were duking it out for control in spectacular fashion. From worldwide protests to threats of militaristic pushback, a good portion of the planet felt like it was at fisticuffs. Not to mention the push/pull tug-of-war between those who focus on protecting personal rights vs. those that focus on protecting the health and safety of the collective. From a multitude of angles, it’s been scary, angry, exhausting stuff.

Now before I proceed any further, let me expound upon an important fundamental basic of numerology. When it comes to timing and moving through the past-present-future, the numbers run in cycles of 1 through 9. Since we don’t have all day and attention spans are shortening by the millisecond, the extreme Cliff Notes version of what I want to highlight is this: 1s represent new beginnings, and 9s represent endings.

Think back to 2017. That was our latest 1 Universal Year. The themes that were established in that year will likely remain in play until the next 9 Universal Year, which is 2025. The original conditions from which these themes emerged may dramatically change shape and form throughout that 1 through 9 cycle, but nevertheless, what gets planted in a 1 remains a factor until the 9 has played itself out.

This cycle of numbers also plays itself out through Universal Months. Since June was a 1 month, we need to keep referring back to the themes that arose this past month for some time to come. Thanks to October, November, and December reducing in such a way that lines up with January, February, and March, our next 9 Universal Month isn’t until APRIL 2021. So we are in this new cycle this for quite some time to come. My advice? Remember to breathe, and when shit gets bumpy KEEP BREATHING SOME MORE.

That being said July is a new month, and a new month brings with it new vibes. What’s more, it’s the heralding of the second half of the year. I don’t know about you, but it blows my mind that we are already this late into 2020.

Anyway. Let’s talk math.

The Universal Month is calculated by adding the numerical value of the calendar month to the Universal Year. July is the 7th month of the year. The year is 2020. We calculate the Universal Month by using this data for the equation: 7+2+2 = 11. In most cases, we would reduce this sum total down again until we had a number equaling something that falls between 1 through 9. However the number 11 is a different ballgame. This is one of numerology’s “Master Numbers.” In short, the 1+1 still gives us a 2 vibration. However the 11 puts all the qualities of the 2 on a sort of hyper-blast. The Master Numbers take the basic reduced qualities of a number and elevate their intensity, expression, and impact.

Before we discuss the 11, let me describe the vibe of it’s quieter, less-assuming cousin, the 2.

The 2 energy often brings the following experiences:

-            Periods of being forced to wait. The 2 prefers quietude, so people’s patience may be further tested. Fun, huh? Weeeeeeeeeee.

-            The need to pay highly close attention to details and the fine print. This is part of the slow-down function of the 2, to force more mindfulness toward our immediate surroundings and the influences around us.

-            Heightened emotions and sensitivity. The 2 resides on the emotional plane of expression, and due to the duality of the 2, mood swings are common. People may be suuuuuuuper touchy and all up in their feelings, even more so than usual. Oh ye gods.

-           Possibilities for diplomacy and cooperative collaboration. A call for more civility.

When we have the high-powered, high-voltage 11/2, this becomes more electrified, as the Master Numbers are also known as “Testing Numbers.” Given recent events, it feels everything is a time of testing. However this is actually the 11/2’s natural domain, so let’s touch on a few of it’s central themes:

-            The sensitivity of the 2 at the 11/2’s level can ramp up to high levels of anxiety and nervous energy. Folks may be feeling extremely jumpy and uneasy.

-            Increased demand and need for visionary thinking. In dark times, people look for the light. Those who inspire and shine light in the darkness might find themselves receiving even more attention than usual.

-            The 11/2 has an “illuminating” effect. People who carry major 11/2s find the spotlight frequently placed upon them, and are asked to serve as some kind of example for others. As a transitory vibration, the 11/2 tends to illuminate important details that may have been previously overlooked, and can favor those who step up and set a higher-minded tone for others to follow and emulate. However it manifests, whatever issues the 11/2 highlights definitely need our collective attention.

-            The need for potentially difficult and urgent decisions to be made very quickly. Sudden and rapidly-unfolding events.

Because we are dealing with the Master Number 11/2, we will need to see whether or not July demands we rise up to meet bigger challenges, or if this might manifest more like it’s reduced cousin the 2, signaling a period of lull, waiting for things to happen. Will July be an electrifying time of rapid fire developments, or will it be a frustrating time of stagnation? It’s a little bit of a wild card.

One thing remains constant: we are all still operating under that stickler of a 4 vibration. We still need to be staying vigilant. We should be prioritizing actions and decisions that stabilize our world and sense of balance. From a pandemic standpoint, I’d wager this 11/2-4 combo is going to remind us that despite our coronavirus fatigue and desire to get back to “normal,” we are still very much in the thick of this thing and we ignore it at our own peril. That would be my best educated guess.

In summation, whether the 11/2 or the 2 step up to the plate this month, it’s a time when it’s best to seek harmonious and diplomatic routes forward, practice deep breathing, develop an awareness of other people’s moods and emotions, and pay very, very, very close attention to what you hear, what you read, and listening to what people are REALLY saying. In other words, don’t let the ADD nature of the world’s rapid fire pace keep you moving at warp speed. Slow the hell down, and keep your ears and eyes wide open. There might be some major pearls of wisdom we can extract, provided we have the patience and wisdom to heed this vibration’s call.

Notable quotes for the 11/2(or 2)/4 combo:

“Diplomacy is the velvet glove that cloaks the fist of power.”
― Robin Hobb

“Why is patience so important?"
"Because it makes us pay attention.”
― Paulo Coelho

“Patience is power.
Patience is not an absence of action;
rather it is "timing"
it waits on the right time to act,
for the right principles
and in the right way.”
― Fulton J. Sheen

“Highly sensitive people are too often perceived as weaklings or damaged goods. To feel intensely is not a symptom of weakness, it is the trademark of the truly alive and compassionate. It is not the empath who is broken, it is society that has become dysfunctional and emotionally disabled. There is no shame in expressing your authentic feelings. Those who are at times described as being a 'hot mess' or having 'too many issues' are the very fabric of what keeps the dream alive for a more caring, humane world. Never be ashamed to let your tears shine a light in this world.”
― Anthon St. Maarten
